All of our products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise. Check the product description for warranty information. The guarantee covers the product in full, subject to the purchaser using the product in a way that meets design purposes. Misuse of the product may invalidate this warranty. If the product is altered or modified after the sale, the product guarantee is invalid.

We aim to dispatch orders very quickly; therefore, if you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible by contacting us 01656 674488 (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. weekdays) or email sales@romasport.co.uk. Cancellations cannot take place once we have dispatched your order.
Return & Refund
Should you wish to return an order for a refund, we strive to make the returns process as simple as possible. You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. After this period, we cannot accept any returns or issue any refund. To initiate a return and refund for your order, you must contact us 01656 674481 (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. weekdays) or email sales@romasport.co.uk to notify us of your decision.
For a full refund, the entire product must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. If the product(s) are not in their original condition, Roma Sport reserves the right to charge for the repair or replacement of any product.
We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival; therefore, repacking an item for a return is acceptable so long as the scooter shows no signs of use. We will only issue a partial refund to cover the loss in value of the product if it has been used. Depending on the wear, this loss in value could be up to 50% of the price of the item. Additionally, if we find that necessary packaging is missing, then we reserve the right to charge £80.00 fee to repackage the product(s).
You may use your own method of returning the product in the original packaging or request Vida Active Wheelchair to arrange a collection. The following charges apply to
– Returns with a weight of up to 20 kilograms (UK Mainland excluding the Scottish Highlands)= £15.00 per carton
– Returns with a weight over 20 kilograms (UK Mainland excluding the Scottish Highlands)= £65.00 per carton
– Courier collection outside of UK Mainland: Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands and the Channel Isles = £110. per carton
– Alternatively, Vida Active Wheelchairs returns collection = £120.00 per carton. This service is via a member of our team who can help with the packaging of your return. If no one is available at the date agreed for collection, you will be charged the full amount to re-arrange a collection time during our business hours Monday through Friday.
