Orders valued over £100 ExVAT are delivered free of charge to mainland UK.
Orders valued under £100 ExVAT will incur a delivery charge of £5.95 for small items and £9.99 for larger items.
Deliveries will normally be made to mainland UK within 5 days of receipt of your order.
Deliveries to The Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland will be subject to an additional delivery charge.
Shipping larger items to Europe will incur a £40 charge. Where as the shipping of small items will incur a charge of £15.
We can arrange international deliveries outside of Europe using TNT and other international couriers and prices depend on the country we are shipping to, size, weight and the distance involved, we can provide delivery quotes to most destinations worldwide.
In the event that you may not be at your address when our courier delivers your order, please mention on your order an alternative, such as leaving it with a neighbour . However in your absence we recommend that you collect the parcel from our courier’s local delivery depot. Bettercare Mobility cannot claim for missing or damaged parcels.
If deliveries are made to third parties it would have to be at your own risk we cannot accept liability for missing or mislaid orders.
We cannot accept any liability for mislaid missing or damaged orders once we have delivered to the address you have provided on your order.
You should check the contents of each delivery upon receipt and should contact us immediately if you should have a problem.
If you find that the item is damaged you must sign the delivery note as “Damaged on delivery” and contact us immediately (on the same day as the delivery was made)
We cannot be responsible for any damage unless you sign “Damaged on delivery”.
To return a faulty or damaged item please follow the instructions on our delivery note enclosed with the delivered product. Contact us to arrange a collection. Please read our section Returns Information
It is not possible to change the delivery address after your order has been processed also, it is not possible to have your parcel re-directed to another address. It is of utmost importance that when you place your order you should know that someone is available to receive and sign for the parcel.
Where no one is available to sign the courier will leave a card. You can then contact the courier to arrange another delivery or to collect the parcel from their local depot. No deliveries can be made to a Post Box address.

In the event that the item you order is not in stock at our warehouse, we will contact you to advise you of an approximate delivery date. We may offer you a suitable alternative.
